Starting pay is $12.77/hour
SSI is seeking a receptionist to assist with greeting visitors, answering phone calls and basic administrative support.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
โ€ข Ensure effective telephone, mail and email communications both internally and externally
โ€ข Greet visitors, answer telephone inquiries routing calls to the appropriate personnel
โ€ข Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings
โ€ข Assist with large mailings
โ€ข Arrange and coordinate meetings
โ€ข Maintain general office inventory
โ€ข Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrative duties as needed
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
โ€ข Detail oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
โ€ข Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
โ€ข Basic computer literacy, capable of functioning in an independent capacity
