  • We are hiring immediately for full time MARKETING ASSISTANT (ADMIN ASSISTANT HOURLY) positions.
  • Address: 351 West University Boulevard, Cedar City, UT 84720. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Potential for time off during the summer months. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Prior marketing experience is required.
    • Orchestrate marketing promotions, meal plan campaigns, catering, and retail sales initiatives at dining locations.
    • Ensure adherence to Chartwells brand standards across all campus dining programs, focusing on brand identity, visual merchandising, and guest experience.
    • Build compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
    • Lead captivating storytelling through social and digital media platforms.

Job Summary


Summary:  The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task on a variety of projects simultaneously, accurate distribution of pertinent information both internally to all departments as well as to clients and related vendors.  Excellent client skills in presentation and marketing ability.   .  
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
  • Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
  • Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
  • Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records of students eligible for free and reduced priced lunches if applicable.
  • Coordinates content needed for marketing initiatives.
  • Works within provided budgets and guidelines.
  • Works with vendors and agencies.
  • Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
  • Coordinates field marketing requests and activities.
  • Assists with presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
