Responsibilities may include answering phones, scheduling appointments, organizing files, managing correspondence, and assisting with basic office tasks. These roles require strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office software. Additionally, being proactive in seeking clarification on priorities and deadlines ensures that the most critical responsibilities are addressed promptly.
