Job description

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant provides a warm and welcoming environment for clients, while completing administrative tasks such as co-pay collection, answering phones, scheduling clients, maintaining schedules and providing admin support for clinicians and other projects as assigned.

Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:30am-5:30pm and Tuesday from 11:30am-7:00pm
  • Part-Time, 24 hours/week

Compensation Disclosure

  • Administrative Assistant: Starting hourly range between $18.00 - $22.00

Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position

How Administrative Assistants Empower Recovery
