Job description

Location: Tallahassee, FL (On-Site) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET Pay Rate: $19.00-$20.25/hr Work Model: Full-time, on-site during training (approximately 6 months). Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after training.
Position Overview
This position works closely with internal sales teams, insurance agencies, and business owners, making strong communication skills and professionalism essential.
Responsibilities
  • Review premium finance agreements and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and funding eligibility.
  • Process new client accounts and enter finance agreements into company systems.
  • Authorize disbursements and complete the acceptance process in a timely manner.
  • Maintain service level agreements by accurately processing transactions and account updates.
  • Communicate with insurance agents, brokers, business owners, and internal stakeholders regarding documentation and account information.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts, process endorsements, and update internal systems.
  • Generate daily and monthly operational reports.
  • Assist Account Managers and other team members with documentation and administrative support.
  • Maintain electronic records and documentation within company repositories and processing systems.
  • Support various operational and customer service activities as needed.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial transactions and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in an office, administrative, financial services, banking, insurance, or corporate environment preferred.
  • Previous experience in insurance or finance is helpful but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, insurance agencies, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
