Job Description Plant Operator - Abilene, KSThis is an hourly level position.Position Summary:Following & participating in all GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety rulesCommitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; to understand and follow all company safety proceduresOperate processing equipment while monitoring systemPeriodic performance of preventative maintenance as requiredMonitor product quality during processingCleaning/sanitation of work area and other areas assignedGood communication and writing skills are requiredOther responsibilities that may be added/assigned as the business needs changeJob Requirements:Work rotating shifts, including weekends, and overtime/holidays as neededLift 50 poundsWork from heights, sit, stand, kneel, crawl and bendWork in variety of hot and cold, wet conditionsADM requires the successful completion of a background check. REF:111979BR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
