Job Description Seasonal Scale Clerk - Leoti, KSThis is a seasonal, non-exempt hourly position. Summary: Scale Clerk is a clerical position involved in the daily tasks of the office (weighing trucks, grading grain, operating a PLC program, data entry, answer phone and filing).This position will provide excellent customer service displaying a positive and professional attitude. Job Responsibilities: Weigh trucksData entryAnswer phoneFile and retain documentsMaintain clean and neat workspace.Job Requirements:Commitment to ADM as goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures. High school education or equivalent.Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, prolonged periods of using a telephone, bending, kneeling, lift storage boxes Willing to work overtime and weekends Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude Computer skills are a must; previous experience with data entry using Microsoft Word & Excel is preferred Previous experience with office equipment such as copier, fax machine, etc.ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. REF:112535BR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
