Job description

Adecco is hiring Construction Workers for a company in Nampa, ID! This is light- construction work in an indoor factory-setting.
Pay: $20–$23+/hour
Multiple Schedule Options

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret work instructions and blueprints to accurately measure and cut lumber for wall, floor, and ceiling components
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment such as drills, table saws, routers, nail guns, and tape measures
  • Assist with various production tasks including insulation installation, basic wiring, painting, and finishing work
  • Complete general housekeeping and routine maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related field
  • Ability to read measurements and safely use hand, power, and pneumatic tools
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
  • Team-oriented with a reliable and positive attitude
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Preferred
  • Experience with electrical wiring or installation

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
