Job description

Ade Medical Group operates at a single clinical location and is owned and operated by Dr. Thomas Ade. Our providers can focus on delivering a better quality of care, rather than a volumeof services. We are looking for a physician or nurse practitioner who is motivated to provide excellent care in any line of specialty. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose patients at our clinic.
Conduct office visits
Educating patients on their health conditions, care plans, and treatments.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) Graduate
National certification as a Family, Adult or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License
Active DEA license
US work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience practicing in the line of the specialty
Experience operating in a Value-Based Healthcare Model
Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes.
Experience in outpatient care settings
Understands HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) documentation, ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases-10) Coding, and Health Risk Assessments (HRAs).
