Automotive Sales Manager - Vision ChevroletJob OverviewVision Chevrolet is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and optimize dealership performance. This leadership role focuses on driving sales volume, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth. The ideal candidate will be a "crafty" problem-solver who prioritizes training and active engagement with both staff and customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Training: Lead, mentor, and train the sales staff to ensure they are meeting their "score card" objectives and holding themselves accountable.
  • Product Endorsement: Ensure all sales consultants are consistently pitching and endorsing additional products (e.g., Lojack, bundles) during every customer interaction, including leases, new car sales, and trade-ins.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain a high level of involvement in the sales process to provide solutions and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Operational Management: Proactively manage inventory, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with other departments to resolve communication issues and streamline delivery processes.
