• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health history and trauma experiences.
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans designed to facilitate trauma recovery and resilience.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Engage in case consultations, leveraging the expertise of the multidisciplinary team to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
• Offer crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress related to their trauma experiences.
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies to empower them in their healing journey.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training, keeping abreast of the latest research on trauma-informed care and innovative therapy practices.

Your primary focus will be individuals affected by trauma, including those experiencing PTSD and complex trauma. The therapeutic support you provide will help clients process their experiences, rebuild their lives, and develop effective coping strategies. Your efforts will directly impact their overall mental well-being and quality of life.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• A solid understanding of trauma-informed care principles and an array of trauma-related therapeutic modalities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that promote a nurturing and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress scenarios, ensuring clients feel secure and understood.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and a comfort level with technology in delivering telehealth services.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a therapeutic setting, preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in providing trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
