• Conduct detailed clinical assessments of patients to understand their mental health status and design individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and solution-oriented interventions.
• Employ various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, to address the specific needs of clients facing addiction and mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including treatment notes and progress reports.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients, effectively contributing to case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance treatment protocols.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, imparting knowledge about mental health and recovery strategies, thereby empowering them in their healing journey.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health and addiction treatment to expand your knowledge base and improve patient outcomes.

The ideal LCSW will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, including alcohol and drug addiction. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, and your responsibilities will include offering compassionate care to those facing complex mental health issues intertwined with their addiction. You will have the opportunity to create impactful relationships as you guide clients toward achieving their treatment goals, enhancing their overall well-being through tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia is necessary to practice in this role.
• At least three years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and a strong understanding of addiction and mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and outstanding problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing a demanding but rewarding caseload.

• Experience working in a detox or addiction treatment facility is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and remote counseling practices to provide care effectively from a distance.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices in behavioral health documentation.

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
