• Build positive and trusting relationships with patients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote resilience and healthy coping mechanisms.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, referring clients to specialists for additional support as required.
• Stay current on best practices and advancements in therapy techniques, particularly in areas related to marriage, family dynamics, and addiction counseling.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills.

This position focuses on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and addiction. You will work with patients from all walks of life, tailoring interventions to their unique backgrounds and experiences. By providing culturally competent care, you will help clients explore their concerns and develop strategies for healthier relationships and improved mental health.

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health and family dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to create individualized treatment strategies that align with patient goals and progress.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Experience working with addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in building rapport and therapeutic alliances with diverse client populations.
• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
