The Mental Health & Addictions Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. • Establish and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients, ensuring a safe and trusting environment for effective counseling.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapy techniques to address complex mental health concerns.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up consultations, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals for referrals and comprehensive care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient well-being.

Our client base includes a diverse array of individuals, couples, and families facing mental health and addiction issues, often experiencing barriers to accessing traditional healthcare. As an LMFT at our center, you will be instrumental in creating effective, culturally competent therapeutic practices that cater to the unique challenges of this population.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of addiction counseling principles and evidence-based practices related to mental health care.
• Demonstrated therapeutic and counseling skills with an ability to motivate and engage clients effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

• Previous experience working in outpatient mental health settings, specifically with clients who have co-occurring disorders.
• Training in specialized therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or any other evidence-based framework.
• Experience with teletherapy services and familiarity with platforms utilized in remote therapy sessions.

The annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
