• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for clients entering the detox program, considering both psychological and emotional aspects of their addiction.
• Participate actively in Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) development and implementation, ensuring that each client has a tailored approach to their recovery.
• Monitor and document client progress, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their recovery journey and address related family dynamics.
• Offer continuous support to clients, helping them develop coping strategies and healthy habits that promote long-term recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state health regulations, ensuring that our practices uphold the highest standards of care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and methodologies to drive positive client outcomes, focusing on building rapport and trust with clients and their families.

As an LCSW in our detox center, you will primarily work with adults experiencing addiction issues, assisting them during the initial stages of treatment. This role may also involve working with the families of clients to educate them about the recovery process and how to best support their loved ones. Understanding the specific socio-economic challenges faced by clients in Brentwood will inform your approach, ensuring that care is culturally sensitive and individualized.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure.
• A valid driver's license as travel may be necessary for community outreach initiatives.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
• A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and respect for all individuals.

• At least one year of experience specifically working with individuals in addiction treatment or early intervention.
• A strong belief in utilizing a strengths-based approach, with experience in Natural Learning Environment Practices or similar methodologies.
