• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients entering the detox process.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing best practices and evidence-based, solution-focused interventions tailored to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, aimed at addressing psychological, social, and emotional issues related to substance use and recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clinical notes while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to create a seamless continuum of care for patients, participating in case management meetings and treatment reviews.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health strategies, recovery tools, and resources, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.
• Stay informed on developments in the mental health field through regular professional development and peer-consultation activities.

The population served at our detox center primarily includes adults seeking recovery from substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse range of clients, each with unique backgrounds, emotional challenges, and needs. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, specializing in psychotherapy and addiction-related issues is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
