Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a positive and trusting therapeutic alliance with patients, facilitating an open and safe environment for expression and healing.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health issues and create accurate treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • Implement and lead individual and group therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic techniques to support clients’ emotional well-being.
  • Regularly evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists, referring clients to relevant experts when additional support is needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at our center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance abuse concerns. Your therapeutic interventions will address both mental health and addiction challenges, helping clients and their families navigate these complex issues with personalized care. You will help empower your clients to overcome obstacles and achieve emotional resilience.

Qualifications
  • Valid and active LMFT license recognized in the state of Texas.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Strong therapeutic skills with the ability to motivate and guide clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in communication, documentation, and teamwork, fostering an environment of collaboration and empathy.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices applicable to addiction and co-occurring disorders.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in addiction counseling or working with clients facing dual diagnoses is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and a generous paid time off policy. New hires are also eligible for a bonus and benefits for positions with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Other perks include mileage reimbursement, pay on demand, quarterly productivity bonuses, and annual bonus opportunities.
