Job description

Business Development Representative – Behavioral Health & Addiction Treatment

Territory: Wisconsin

Join One of the Midwest's Premier Behavioral Health Organizations

WellBrook Recovery is expanding our outreach team and is seeking experienced Business Development Representatives to help grow our presence throughout Wisconsin and neighboring states.

are looking for professionals who already understand the addiction treatment landscape and have existing relationships within the behavioral health community.

If you've worked in business development for a treatment center, detox, residential program, PHP/IOP, or another behavioral health organization, we'd love to talk with you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, health systems, therapists, counselors, treatment providers, EAPs, unions, employee health programs, physician groups, recovery organizations, courts, first responders, and community partners.

  • Represent WellBrook Recovery throughout your territory at meetings, conferences, networking events, and educational presentations.

  • Develop new referral sources while maintaining and growing existing partnerships.

  • Serve as a trusted resource by helping referral partners navigate insurance, levels of care, and appropriate treatment options.

  • Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.

  • Meet with key decision-makers and establish long-term strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in business development, outreach, admissions, or account management within a drug & alcohol treatment center or behavioral health organization.

  • Strong understanding of the addiction treatment continuum of care.

  • Existing professional relationships within Wisconsin's behavioral health or healthcare community.

  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to travel.
