Job Title: ADABAS Administrator
Location: Jackson, MS (Remote Role)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Seeing a highly skilled ADABAS administrator to collaborate with other ADABAS administrators to support the client and other applications supported by them.
Required Skills/Experience
  1. Ten years of experience with Software AG products: ADABAS, Natural, Natural One, Predict, Construct, ADABAS Replication, Treehouse tcVision, WebMethods EntireX, CONNX SQL gateway, ApplinX, Natural AJAX.
  2. Ten years of experience analyzing user requirements and designs, testing, implementing and performing quality assurance of information systems utilizing Natural One, ADABAS, MVS/JCL, COBOL/CICS, VSAM files, Linux/zLinux, Espsoft/SCL, Informix, and UNIX.
  3. Three years of experience advising on system architecture, and developing, maintaining, and updating documentation for procedures, policies, and processes.
  4. Two years of knowledge and experience of SNAP, TANF, eligibility, economic assistance, and child welfare policies and procedures, including implementing state and federal mandates in Linux systems.

Preferred/Not Required
  1. Experience with Jira and KACE ITSM systems.
  2. Experience with SCRUM/iteration methodologies.
  3. Experience modernizing legacy applications.
  4. Experience with child welfare workflows, systems, and related federal requirements.
