Job description

Position: Natural/ Adabas Consultant
Location: Downey, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Minimum Skills Required:
The Consultant must meet allof the following minimum qualifications:
1.Five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) years as a systems programmer for installing, configuring, and updating the ADABAS & NATURAL products.
2.Five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years installing and maintaining IMS for z/OS, migrating IMS regions to new IMS versions, applying PTF's and PUT levels using SMP/E, and performing IMSGENs.
3.Five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years performing IMS/ADABAS DBA tasks, and tuning, troubleshooting IMS, ADABAS and NATURAL problem issues, and working with the developers in resolving application problems on z/OS.
4.Five(5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years performing ongoing performance monitoring, diagnosis and tuning, troubleshooting IMS, ADABAS and NATURAL problem issues, and working with the developers in resolving application problems on z/OS.
5.Five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years programming using Assembler and COBOL.
6.Five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years working with each of the following: Natural Advanced Facilities, Natural CICS Interface, Natural Security, SuperNatural, TRIM, N2O, DETLA/IMS, Maxm re-org and Parallel Sysplex.
