Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Registered Architect license (required)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of residential design experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Florida Building Codes and coastal regulations
  • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or advanced 3D modeling software

Job Summary:
ICI Homes, Florida's premier custom homebuilder, is seeking an experienced Residential Architect / Designer to lead architectural design efforts across multiple Florida markets, including Daytona Beach, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando. The Residential Architect / Designer will play a key role in shaping the vision for luxury custom homes while collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver exceptional residential communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and development of custom luxury homes
  • Create and maintain construction documents, plans, and design specifications
  • Ensure all designs comply with Florida Building Codes and applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and clients throughout the design process
