We're looking for a motivated, strategic, and people focused Manager of Operations to take charge of a high-performing team and keep things moving at top speed. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day operations, lead a team of Supervisors and front-line employees, and play a key role in shaping how we deliver results to clients and customers.
You'll bring strong leadership, sharp communication skills, and a strategic mindset to every challenge, whether it's resolving a complex client issue or pushing forward a process improvement initiative. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love mentoring others, and know how to balance short-term wins with long-term goals, we want to hear from you.
This is a hybrid role requiring three onsite days per week and is based in Tulsa OK.
Responsibilities

Lead the charge: Oversee a team of Supervisors and front-line staff, ensuring smooth operations, fast turnaround times, and top-tier quality every day.
