Company Summary: Our client is a global sports and media organization with the mission to inspire and connect people everywhere through the power of sports. Built around 5 professional sports leagues, our client has established a major international presence with games and programming available in 215 countries and territories, in more than 50 languages, and merchandise for sale in more than 200 countries and territories on all seven continents.


Position Summary: This candidate reports to the Global Linear Ad Operations Sr. Manager - Global Media Operations (GMO) within the Network Partnerships and Programming department. This person will work at the direction of Global Linear Ad Operations Sr. Manager. They will be responsible for various operational tasks that support the linear ad operations business.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Traffic sales and institutional inventory across various national and local linear platforms
  • Assist/Back Up with trafficking their 24 hour TV network
  • Maintain direct day-to-day communication with internal marketing and the media sponsorship teams to effectively implement media plans
  • Maintain and validate program logs
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and communicate discrepancies quickly


Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Systematic linear ad trafficking
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Must be able to work within the team concept
