Analytics and Visual Operations Specialist, TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Springfield, VA
The qualified Analytics and Visual Operations Specialist must have an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to obtain a CI Polygraph security clearance. This position is 100% Onsite.
The Analytics and Visual Operation Specialist will support and provide superior customer service. In support of Operational Analytics Dashboards or Websites.
Analytics and Visual Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, operate, and sustain visualization technology solutions (e.g., operational analytics dashboards or web sites) that provide insight into the IT service and operations management.
- Perform data collection, conditioning, correlation, analytics, and visualization tools that provide actionable intelligence that enable executives and leadership to make data-driven decisions on the health, performance, and usefulness of the IT enterprise.
- Sustain Application Programming Interface (API) and data content sources.
- Other duties as assigned.
Analytics and Visual Operations Specialist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, / GED plus 10 years of relevant experience or associate's degree and 8 years of experience or bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience.
- Relevant experience in the following: Analytics, Visual Operations, Data Collection, experience in the Intelligence Community, and TS/SCI clearance.
- Ability to obtain CI Poly Clearance.
- Ability to work shift hours. Shift will be identified upon hire.
- Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting.
- Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals.
- Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues.
- Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone, good phone skills, professional demeanor, previous customer service experience strongly desired.
- Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it.
