  • Collaborate with internal consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver highquality outcomes
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Stay current with Acumatica releases, new features, and industry trends
  • Build strong, trustbased relationships with clients through communication, empathy, and reliability

What You Bring

    • Light customization or development understanding
  • Acumatica badges/certifications (or a willingness to earn and maintain them)
  • A mindset of continuous learning, curiosity, and adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills and a personality that values teamwork, humility, and shared success

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • A culture built on collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement
  • Freedom to work autonomously while being supported by a strong, experienced team
  • Opportunities to grow into leadership, architecture, or specialized industry roles
  • A peoplefirst environment where personality, integrity, and teamwork matter as much as skill

What you will need:

  • 6 years of experience developing and implementing business software technology solutions is required - 8 years is preferred
  • overall experience must also including 3 years of supervisory or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field required (combination of education, experience, and training may be considered a degree equivalent)
