Are you an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with acute care experience seeking a new full-time position near Phoenix, AZ? Our established healthcare team is interviewing and hiring now!! Please see the details below and dont delay applying!!


In this role the APP will manage patients across the continuum of care, including medical-surgical, step-down, and ICU-level acuity. ***Position comes with a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus!


Schedule: 14 shifts per month- 7 on/7off day shift; No On-call requirement


Position overview: The Acute Care APP provides advanced clinical care to patients across all levels of acuity, including those requiring intensive care, within an acuity adaptable unit. This role is integral to the multidisciplinary team and supports the delivery of timely, evidence-based care. The APP performs comprehensive assessments, formulates differential diagnoses, initiates treatment plans, and executes critical care procedures in collaboration with attending physicians and nursing staff. This role manages patients across the continuum of care, including medical-surgical, step-down, and ICU-level acuity.


Position qualifications:


Experience: Minimum 1 years experience.


Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Training Program or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Nurse Practitioner (NP)


Licensure: Nurse Practitioner: Certification as ACNP or AGACNP; Physician Assistant (acute care experience) Licensed/certified and eligible to practice as in the State of Arizona


Certification: American Heart Basic Life Support (BLS) & ACLS
