Job Summary
The Hydroform Operator is responsible for programming, operating, and adjusting hydraulic forming equipment to meet production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals. This position requires the ability to accurately monitor and record production data, interpret technical documentation, and ensure safe and efficient operation of hydroforming machinery.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Program, set up, operate, and adjust hydroform and hydraulic equipment to achieve production requirements.
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary process adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules.Inspect parts and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  • Accurately record production data, machine settings, process parameters, and quality information.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and communicate concerns to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
Skills
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to accurately document production and quality data.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with production reporting systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
