Join Deaconess Cancer services and become part of a highly respected multi-disciplinary team as leader at Good Samaritan in Vincennes, IN.

Position Highlights:

  • Comprehensive cancer center accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer
  • Outstanding quality of life; 4 day or 4.5-day work week with limited home call
  • 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient
  • Approximately 90% Oncology and 10% Hematology (providers see solid tumor cases; breast, lung, colon and prostate)
  • Ramp up quickly established practice averaging 30+ new patients per month
  • State-of-the-art equipment, including 1.5 Tesla MRI, Siemens Sequoia and Juniper for Ultrasound and 128 slice CT scanner
  • Well-trained & experienced APPs, nurse navigators and support staff
  • Oncology clinic conveniently located near radiation oncology, infusion center, radiology services and the inpatient unit
  • Hospitalist team admits Oncologist is consulting physician; low inpatient census
  • ACGME accredited Internal Medicine and Psychiatry Residency Program affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine
