Responsibilities Include:

The Activity Assistant duties include providing activities, social outings, and promoting physical and mental activity for our residents, and other duties as described by activities management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Unencumbered CNA license in the state in which we operate preferred
• LTC/SNF experience requirred especially with Memory Care residents
