Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development of the Activities and Social Calendar that appeals to seniors with a wide range of personalities and interest.
  • Assist with the Implementation and management all community activities and special events.
  • Communicate activities to the residents, update websites and signage, produce newsletters and create calendars to highlight community events.
  • Assist in the creation of a schedule to ensure appropriate amount of team members and volunteers.
  • Provide support to the transportation team as needed.
  • Make sure activity equipment remains clean, prepared, and properly maintained.
  • Stay current on new trends in the field and seek out resort entertainment.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Minimum 2 years Activity Experience, preferably with seniors.
  • Professional attitude and appearance is required.
  • Outstanding personality with ability to motivate diverse personalities and talents
  • Special event/group activity planning skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer Proficiency
