Activities Director
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Activities Director.
This role enhances the quality of life for residents through activities.
Interested candidates must demonstrate capabilities with the following:
  • Ability to build trusting, professional relationships with patients, families, caregivers and referral sources
  • Professional demeanor in collaborating with building leadership team to improve patient experiences
  • Self-directed in organization and prioritization of tasks
  • Capable of engaging community involvement for the betterment of resident physical, mental, emotional, & psycho-social well-being
  • Willingness to assist residents with their personal preferences for daily activities
  • Engages other staff members, volunteers or family members to assist with meaningful activities
  • Preferred areas of experience:
  • Nursing Home Activities experience
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Certified or capable of obtaining certification as an Activity Director
