- Ability to build trusting, professional relationships with patients, families, caregivers and referral sources
- Professional demeanor in collaborating with building leadership team to improve patient experiences
- Self-directed in organization and prioritization of tasks
- Capable of engaging community involvement for the betterment of resident physical, mental, emotional, & psycho-social well-being
- Willingness to assist residents with their personal preferences for daily activities
