The Activities Director is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing a comprehensive life enrichment program that enhances the physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being of residents. This role ensures residents are engaged in meaningful activities that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life in accordance with community standards and applicable regulations.

  • Plan, organize, and implement a monthly activities calendar that offers a variety of engaging programs tailored to residents’ interests and abilities

  • Facilitate daily group and individual activities, including recreational, educational, social, and wellness-based programs

  • Coordinate special events, holiday celebrations, and community outings
