What you will have an opportunity to do:
The Activities Attendant is responsible for a variety of adult and kid activities like bar events, smores nights, arts and crafts. You will need to have bar knowledge and certifications, as well as interest in working with kids, families, etc. This is a Concierge style customer service, interacting with guests, recommending dining and activity options.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading family and activity programs
  • Guest service and assistance related to activity programs as well as general need for information and direction
  • Communication and promotion guest activities and resort special event programs to Guests
  • Collaborating and coordinating as needed with other resort departments on activities and events
  • Compose and be knowledgeable of wines and beverages specific to bar menu
  • Responsible for cash handling and bank procedures as outlined by the Accounting Department
  • Perform accurate bar inventory as deemed necessary by the Director of Sales
  • Maintain cleanliness of all workplace areas that apply to bar
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Department as needed
  • Provides exceptional customer service to all guests

Other Responsibilities:
  • Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position
  • Must be 21 years or older
