Activities Assistant - Part Time - Day Shift 

Seymour, WI (15-20 minute drive from Green Bay and Appleton)

Become part of our long-term care team at Good Shepherd Services, Ltd. We are seeking an Activities Assistant to help provide care, fun, and companionship to residents in our assisted living facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting meaningful daily experiences for residents.


Position Details: 

  • 28 hours total per 2-week pay period 
  • Every Thursday and Friday 9am-4pm
  • Some evening hours may be required

Wage Range:

  • $17.00 - $19.00 (Based on Experience)

Role Overview

The Activities Assistant directly reports to the AL Activities Director and supports the planning, organization, and implementation of activity programs for residents. This role helps create opportunities for engagement, socialization, and participation in daily activities within the facility. 

Responsibilities
  • Assist with and lead resident activities
  • Support the planning, development, and evaluation of activity programs
  • Help residents participate in group and individual activities
  • Assist residents during outings
  • Interact with residents in a respectful and supportive manner
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned
