Schedule: Part-Time, PM Shift (Evenings, Every Other Weekend- Daytime Hours)

Highland Chateau Health + Rehabilitation Center is a warm and welcoming skilled nursing facility dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents through compassionate care and engaging daily activities. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Activity Aide to join our team during the PM shift to help bring joy, connection, and purpose to our residents' evenings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and leading recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
  • Engage residents in games, crafts, music, exercise, and special events.
  • Help set up, clean up, and transport residents to and from activities.
  • Document participation and provide feedback to the Activities Director.
  • Promote a positive, fun, and inclusive environment for all residents.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
