Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Do you have a creative and energetic approach to planning and leading activities? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a part-time Activities Assistant at Greenwood Connections in Menahga, MN!

CNA Preferred or willing to obtain certificate, company paid.

Job Description:

As an Activities Assistant, you will work closely with our residents to plan and facilitate a variety of engaging and enriching activities. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of activity programs that cater to the interests and abilities of our residents
  • Leading group activities such as games, crafts, and exercise classes
  • Engaging with residents one-on-one to provide personalized interaction and support
  • Assisting in the setup and cleanup of activity areas
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to residents

We are looking for a team player who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Previous experience working with seniors or in a recreational therapy setting is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates a genuine passion for working with older adults.
