The Active Release Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Salem, Oregon. • Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for clients of various ages, identifying specific rehabilitation needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust evidence-based treatment interventions targeting client-specific functional goals while continuously monitoring progress.
• Provide ongoing reassessments, analyzing clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary adjustments to goals and interventions.
• Document all patient encounters meticulously, completing SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans via our electronic record system promptly.
• Educate clients and their families about the physical therapy process, offering guidance on overcoming challenges during recovery.
• Work towards meeting utilization and productivity targets established by the organization while upholding high standards of client care.
• Collaboratively engage with interdisciplinary team members, sharing insights and strategies for clients receiving multiple services.
• Actively promote and embody the core values and culture of Active Release Physical Therapy, serving as a strong ambassador for the organization and its mission.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy to practice in the state.
• Willingness and capability to conduct physical therapy evaluations in both in-person and telehealth settings when clinically applicable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with a diverse patient demographic.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary clinical setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively for documentation and patient management.
• Knowledge of telehealth best practices and experience implementing virtual therapy sessions.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
