About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated teacher and van driver to join our daytime student classes at Active Minds Daycare and Learning Center.


What You'll Do
  • Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans for preschoolers, incorporating activities that foster their growth and development.
  • Ensure the safe transportation of school-age children between the daycare center, school, and home.
  • During the summer, take children on exciting field trips, creating memorable experiences.

Requirements
  • Have a valid Virginia drivers license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting.
