Fitness Coach / Group Class InstructorLocation: Sculpt Fitness Kenilworth
Department: Training
Status: Part-Time
Reports to: Manager
Position Overview

Were looking for a dynamic and versatile coach who thrives in group training environments.
As a Fitness Coach / Group Class Instructor, youll help members transform their bodies and build sustainable fitness habits through personalized coaching, elite programming, and high-energy group experiences. You'll work closely with clients on their goals.
Were especially interested in trainers who bring specialty expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:
  • HYROX or hybrid conditioning

  • Yoga or Floor Pilates

  • Mobility, Stretch Therapy, or Active Recovery


Group Class Instruction

  • Lead high-energy, technically sound classes aligned with our core offerings (strength, conditioning, mobility, performance)
  • Deliver specialty classes in your area of expertise (e.g. yoga, Hyrox, etc.)
  • Support and sub existing classes as needed bringing consistency and presence to the schedule
  • Create an engaging, safe, and challenging class environment that leaves members motivated and wanting more.
