Bright View Mental and Psychological Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our dedicated team in a full-time remote role. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your daily activities will encompass a variety of therapeutic approaches, including:

• Group Therapy: You will lead dynamic group sessions aimed at fostering trust and camaraderie among participants. These sessions will provide clients with a safe space to share personal experiences and learn from one another, facilitated through structured discussions and therapeutic activities.
• Individual Therapy: You will offer one-on-one counseling, employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. This may include helping clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping mechanisms, and formulate actionable steps towards their recovery.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborating closely with clients, you will create detailed and personalized treatment plans that focus on measurable goals. You will assess each client’s needs to integrate a holistic approach, addressing both mental health and life skills.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilizing various assessment tools and methodologies, you will continuously track client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Regular documentation and case reviews will be essential to maintain high standards of care.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: You will work alongside a team of diverse professionals, exchanging insights and strategies to navigate complex cases. Effective communication will be key in coordinating care and ensuring cohesive treatment for all clients.

This role focuses on young adults aged 18 to 30 attending our outpatient treatment center. You will work with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. Your insights and skills will directly contribute to improving their mental health and enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a capacity for empathy and understanding.
• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices and a desire to stay updated with current methodologies.

• Familiarity with treatment protocols specifically designed for young adults.
• Experience in a community health setting, particularly in outpatient services.
• Proficiency in treatment planning software and other telehealth technologies.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
