The following position is to join our Corporate RTX Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) team:

Summary of Role:

This role falls into the Directory management development team, working with various vendors and stakeholders to help develop, deploy and maintain enterprise wide solutions. This role is responsible for automating and supporting the management, patching, maintenance, and recovery of multiple Active Directory domains, Azure cloud environments, and the tools supporting them. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, and participating in program / project calls.

What You Will Do:

  • Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools

  • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts

  • Participate in projects that require IAM team involvement

  • Oversee production releases

  • Monitor delivery against SLAs

  • Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform

  • Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards

  • Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure Cloud Identity, business systems analysis and/or business system design

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Knowledge in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, SQL, access, excel) and data mapping

  • Ability to prioritize work without management direction, and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance.

  • Familiarity with capturing and analyzing network packet captures

  • Experience designing and executing Active Directory backup and recovery

  • Experience with using Splunk for log analysis

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
