Overview:ย 

Peregrine Health isย seeking a dynamic, results-driven Market Activation Manager to serve asย anย ambassador for our Behavioral Health (BH) department.ย ย The Market Activation Manager plays a critical role in strengthening access to care by building strategic relationships with internal clinical teams and community partners. This roleย is responsible forย expanding referral networks, drivingย utilizationย of our internal BH services, andย establishingย internal andย external referral pipelines across medical, behavioral health, and specialty care services.ย ย 

The ideal candidate has experience in pharmaceutical sales or liaison roles within large healthcare systems or hospital settings and is energized by building relationships and generating measurable growth.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

  • Build andย maintainย strong relationships with primary care providers and specialty departments within our clinics toย identifyย new BH referral opportunities.ย 
  • Promote theย utilizationย of BH services through education, relationship-building, and consistent in-person visits to clinic sites.ย 
  • Understand the unique needs of patient populations and position BH service offerings to address those needs effectively.ย 
  • Represent the organization in the community by meeting with external healthcare providers, social service agencies, and other relevant organizations to build strategic referral partnerships.ย 
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase referrals for all lines of service: medical, behavioral health, and specialty care.ย 
  • Track and report outreach activity, including number of site visits, community engagements, and referral outcomes.ย 
  • Monitorย referral volume by source to gauge the effectiveness of outreach efforts and inform continuous process improvement to refine outreach strategies.ย 
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to relay feedback from the field and inform service delivery improvements.ย 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BH service offerings and healthcare industry trends.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelor'sย degreeย required.ย 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience inย a pharmaceuticalย sales, physician liaison, or provider relations role within a large healthcare system or hospital setting.ย 
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health services and integrated care models.ย 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.ย 
  • Self-starter with a provenย track recordย of meeting or exceeding outreach and referral targets.ย 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a field-based schedule across multiple sites and community partners.ย 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportationย requiredย for local travel (up toย 90%).ย
