Job description

We're looking for a highly organized Marketing Campaign Manager to support Brand Leads and the Social team by designing workstreams and assisting in goal setting and tracking. This person will oversee the implementing and monitoring of those workstreams, keeping timelines on track, and deliverables flowing smoothly across teams. This role is critical to the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives and serves as the connective tissue between brand, creative, media, product, and operations partners.
You'll be responsible for project setup, asset trafficking, meeting coordination, and
delivery tracking-ensuring that ideas are fully explored and then turned into finished work, on time and with clarity.
What You'll Do
• Support multiple Brand Leads by managing marketing projects from kickoff through delivery
• Help set data-informed goals for activations and support measurement over time
• Set up and maintain projects in Monday.com, including timelines, task owners, dependencies, and status updates
• Traffic creative assets and briefs between internal teams and external partners
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups to keep teams aligned and unblocked
• Track deliverables across multiple groups and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain clear documentation of scopes, timelines, and approvals
• Flag risks, delays, or resource conflicts early and propose solutions
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day project questions and updates
• Help standardize processes and improve team efficiency over time
Who You Are
• Early in your project management or marketing operations career, with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Confident using project management tools-especially Monday.com-or quick to learn them
• A clear communicator who follows through and keeps people accountable in a collaborative way
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and juggling competing priorities
• Proactive, dependable, and calm under deadline pressure
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting marketing, brand, or creative teams
• Familiarity with asset trafficking, creative workflows, or production timelines
• Exposure to digital marketing, media, or product-related projects
Why This Role Matters
This role enables Brand Leads to focus on strategy and creative direction by ensuring execution runs smoothly. You'll gain exposure to multiple brand initiatives, cross-functional teams, and real-world marketing operations-making this an excellent foundation for future growth in brand, project management, or marketing operations.
