This role will play an important part in the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The FP&A Manager will work closely with finance and accounting leadership as well as department leaders across the organization to provide meaningful financial insights, identify trends and risks, and support strategic decision-making.

We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, strong in financial modeling, and able to take complex financial information and turn it into clear, actionable business insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Support annual budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including performance against budget and prior-year results.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify business trends, potential risks, revenue opportunities, and margin-improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, IT, Marketing, HR, and other departments to support financial decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting operational and strategic initiatives, including capital allocation.
  • Assist with maintaining long-range financial models and projections related to growth, margins, leverage, and covenant compliance.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
  • Assist with executive-level financial reporting and presentation materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across financial reports and data.
  • Serve as a financial resource to business teams and provide analytical support across the organization.
  • Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting, and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial analytical role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience analyzing complex financial data and identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence/reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power BI is a plus.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred, but not required.
