Overview

The Field Marketing Manager is a master community builder for their region. This role drives local traffic to restaurants through fundraisers and key activations, leads the successful execution of new store openings, supports the turnaround of underperforming restaurants, are executed correctly at the store level.

The ideal candidate is close to their community and their restaurants. They know hoe to grow local traffic, and they support their stores on the ground.

Responsibilities
    • Drive local traffic through fundriasers and key activations (about 60% of the role). 
    • Support and execute new store openings and assist with the turnaround of underperforming restaurants (about 15% of the role). 
    • Execute national campaigns correctly at the store level and flag gaps for correction (about 10% of the role).
    • Manage all marketing workstreams for assigned restaurants. 
    • Track and report sales, traffic, and promotional performance by channel, daypart, menu family, and day of week to surface opportunities and risks.  
    • Collect and elevate local market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging trends.
    • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting related to field marketing initiatives and local performance.
    • Support the management and execution of the local store marketing budget in alignment with approved parameters.
    • Maintain a strong field presence by regularly visiting restaurants to assess execution, gather feedback, and support teams.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Success in This Role Looks Like:

    • Local traffic grows through fundraisers and activations.
    • New store openings land well and underperformers improve.
    • The team gets timely, useful field intelligence.
    • National campaigns are executed correctly at store level.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent field experience. 
  • 3+ years in field marketing, local store marketing, or community roles.
  • A track record building local traffic and community. 
  • Close to the community and comfortable on the ground in restaurants.
  • Experience in restaurant marketing preferred.
  • Proven experience executing commercial driving Field Marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales, traffic, and promotional performance data.
  • Experience managing local marketing budgets and vendors.
  • Ability to spend 60%+ of the time in the fieldm including restaurant visits and community engagement.
  • Reliable personal vehicule and valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs when supporting events and on-site activations.
  • Strong partnership skills with Operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast.paced environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
