  • Business Hours: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM, Full time
  • Pay range: $19 โ€“ 21/hr

Overview

We are seeking a Recruiting / Sales Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our recruitment operations while actively engaging in sales activities to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in talent acquisition and relationship management. This paid position is integral to our mission of connecting top talent with leading companies and fostering long-term partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Recruiters to identify and source qualified candidates
  • Conduct resume searches using internal databases and external recruiting platforms
  • Perform initial phone screenings and conduct at least 10 phone screening interviews per day.
  • Maintain and update candidate and client records accurately in the company database
  • Organize candidate documentation and track recruiting and sales activities
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introduce company services, and schedule appointments
  • Support sales representatives by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and following up with prospects
  • Generate reports, maintain sales trackers, and assist with branch operational tasks
  • Handle phone calls, emails, filing, and other office administrative duties
  • Collaborate with recruiters and branch offices to support business development activities and ensure smooth communication


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, front-desk, call center, or other public-facing roles in the corporate setting is required
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach, including multiple daily phone calls.
  • Experience with sales strategies such as lead generation and cold calling
  • Proficient in Microsfot Office
  • While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel paperwork and interact with a computer, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior work experience for/with Japanese and Korean companies
  • Familiarity with Japanese business culture and communication norms
