Job description

NOW HIRING – Production Operators

AcroBlue is currently hiring Production Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Position Overview:
The Production Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations, product quality, and workplace safety. Responsibilities may include assembly work, machine operation, loading/unloading parts, robot operation, and quality inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily startup checks on robots, chillers, cranes, and production equipment
• Operate machinery and production cells safely and efficiently
• Assemble and fabricate parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Monitor machines for quality issues or malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting
• Inspect parts for visual defects, weld quality, and proper quantities
• Follow SOPs and traceability procedures accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
• Meet production quotas and cycle time expectations
• Support additional production duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and follow standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic

Working Conditions:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Standing and walking for most of the shift
• Bending, crouching, and reaching throughout the day
• Manufacturing/shop floor environment with seasonal temperature changes
• PPE required including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, gloves, sleeves, and pants
