Raytheon's Naval Tomahawk Program is seeking to hire a Program Integrator (PI). This position will report to and take directions from the Production Program Manager. The PI will support the ongoing and future Production Contracts. The PI is responsible for program integration, coordination, and control, as well as direct engagement with the program team and functional partners. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Earned Value and Risk Management. The candidate will become an integral part of the Production management team, providing analysis and recommendations utilizing Earned Value tools and methodology. **This is an onsite position at our Tucson, AZ facility **Relocation Assistance is NOT Available What You Will Do: * Coordinate the activities that pertain to reporting of EVMS data.
* Facilitate critical meetings, including developing the initial Baseline and the Internal Baseline Review (IBR).
* Implementation of RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) in terms of internal Gate and independent reviews which entails a more detailed level of activity in support of the Program Manager.
* Execute and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives, consistent with program requirements and Raytheon policies as they relate to EVMS implementation and execution.
* Prepare Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) for submission to program controls & planning, facilitate EAC & LRE inputs, and demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results.
* Aid with analysis of cost and schedule performance.
* Provide variance narrative assistance and assess look ahead details.
* Analyze EVM, cost, labor, and schedule reports to identify trends and drivers using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX management reporting tools.
* Lead the Risk Review Board, which meets monthly status existing risks and mitigation plans as well as considering retiring risks or adding new risks as necessary. * Act as the counterpart for the Government Risk Manager and work with the Government counterpart to support all facts of the joint risk process. * Ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) compliance What You Will Learn: * Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen
