Job description

Based in Northern Virginia, Axiologic Solutions LLC, has an opportunity for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking an Acquisition Management Support to support our growing team.
Overall Assignment Description:
  • Provides Program Management, Financial, and Acquisition services counsel to TIB program managers.
  • Serves as a member of team that works across NGA functional organizational elements to coordinate planning and acquisition of new capabilities for operational use.

Duties include:
Coordination, Meetings and Program Management Support:
  • Provides program management and acquisition support to TIB Program Managers in strategic business planning, acquisition planning, business development activities, product concept development and Information Technology engineering.
  • Participates in the development, maintenance of the division's Program management Plan and all related documentation related to the Division's operation.
  • Coordinates activities between Acquisition, Contracts, NGA Acquisition Center, Software Asset Management Office, and Architecture & Engineering, that leads to rapid acquisition and transition of customer focused solutions.
  • Supports NGA and IC Steering Groups and Advisory Groups in the formulation of sound acquisition strategy.
  • Support cross functional teams in deliberating development of well-defined solutions.
  • Interfaces with all organizational elements, end users/customers to manage risks, developing and managing budgets, and schedule milestones.
  • Interfaces with all necessary organizational elements to develop and manage Scheduled milestones, funding requirements (to include AF-9s) and program budgets for the office.
  • Identify technical issues and communicate impacts with potential solutions to the Government points of contact.

Required:
  • Project management experience in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
  • B.S. Degree in Geography, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum Eight (8) years of relevant experience
  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI poly
  • Working knowledge of AF-9s is required, Air Force 9 generation and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request

Desired:
  • Understand the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the IC.
  • M.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the DoD or IC Acquisition Processes and CM Processes.
  • Certification Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) in Program Management at level I or higher, or equivalent.
  • Additional certification(s) under DAWIA, the Project Management Institute, the American Society for Quality, or similar relevant professional organizations.
  • A strong background in the NGA acquisition process, governance boards and working groups.

Salary Range $154,000- 165,000
The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.
For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
