As we continue to expand nationwide, we're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract and hire top talent across our operations and corporate teams.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and salaried positions across multiple U.S. markets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, interview conversion, time-to-fill, and hiring effectiveness.
  • Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation within approved guidelines, and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruiting, and recruiting events as needed.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas to increase hiring efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience using ATS systems (Workable preferred) is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
